Individuals (PF)
An EU consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. A NoSignal license is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Before payment, the portal therefore presents a separate, unticked checkbox through which the consumer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the withdrawal right is lost once digital delivery begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
Do not complete checkout if you want the 14-day period to pass before delivery. The launch portal is designed for immediate delivery only.
PFA and legal entities (PJ)
The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply when the buyer acts as a PFA or legal entity for professional purposes. Any cancellation or refund is governed by the Terms, the agreed offer, and mandatory law.
Refund requests
Send the order ID, account email, reason, and relevant evidence to [email protected]. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Promotion codes reduce the amount paid; they do not create a cash value.
Non-conforming digital content
Losing the withdrawal right does not remove the statutory conformity guarantee. For individual consumers, Romanian Emergency Ordinance 141/2021 provides for free restoration of conformity and, in the cases set by law, a proportionate price reduction or termination. For a single act of supply, non-conformity may be raised if discovered within five years after supply.
Conformity is restored within a reasonable period not exceeding 15 calendar days after notice, agreed with the consumer according to the nature and complexity of the issue. Refunds due following price reduction or termination are made within 14 days.

Effect on licenses
A refund or payment dispute revokes unused seats and removes portal access to affected downloads. An already issued perpetual key operates offline and cannot technically be disabled remotely. If the contract ends or a refund is granted, the customer must stop using and destroy the affected key as required by the Terms.
