Strictly necessary account cookie
nosignal_account contains a random opaque session token. It is first-party, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, scoped to /account, and expires after at most 30 days. It is deleted on sign-out. The server stores only a SHA-256 hash of the token.
This cookie is required to provide the account service requested by the user and is not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
Local storage
The portal stores only technical preferences in localStorage: nosignal_account_lang (RO/EN), nosignal_account_theme (light/dark), and nosignal_account_environment (production/test routing for the internal test account). These values contain no account, license, or payment data, are not used for tracking, and can be removed through browser settings.
One-time email-verification and password-reset links carry their token in the URL fragment, which is not sent to the server with the page request; the portal removes it immediately after reading it.
Stripe Checkout
Payment takes place on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe may use cookies needed for fraud prevention, security, and payment processing under its own cookie policy. NoSignal does not receive complete card details.
Controls
You can delete NoSignal cookies and local storage through browser settings. Deleting nosignal_account signs you out. Blocking it prevents the account portal from working.
